The whole flat has recently been renovated. The two available rooms share one bathroom with a bathtub, and a large balcony facing the garden side. You may use the garden if you like.

Both rooms have large wardrobes, which are not yet on the pictures. Wifi und LAN in both rooms.

Super centrally located flat in Bonn-Beuel, not far from the well-known restaurant "Rheinlust", to the river Rhine, a close possibility to go running at the riverside, public transport 6 min away (Konrad-Adenauer-Platz). Even the small ferry across the Rhine ("Rheinnixe") stops by 100m from our house.

Ich habe eine Teilzeitstelle als Ärztin in Bonn und bin ca. eine Woche im Monat da. Von den 3 Zimmern werden 2 vermietet, welche zusammen eines der beiden Bäder nutzen. Das kleinere Zimmer Nr. 1 ist ab dem 08.02.22 frei. Die Küche teilen sich alle. Im Sommer dürft Ihr gerne meinen Weber Grill im Garten oder auf Eurem großen Balkon mitbenutzen. Auch der Garten darf mit benutzt werden.
Ich habe selbst mehrere Jahre in verschiedenen Ländern gelebt und studiert oder gearbeitet. Die WG habe ich daher so eingerichtet, dass Ihr Euch für eine längere oder kürzere Zeit in Bonn wohl fühlen könnt.

I have a part-time job as a doctor in Bonn, and I use the flat approx. 1 week per month.
It has 3 rooms, and the smaller one, Nr. 1 is to let as from 08.02.23. The kitchen is for everybody. In the summertime, you are invited to use my Weber BBQ in the garden or on your balcony. You may as well use the shared garden.
I have lived abroad for several years, and with this experience, I tried to create a nice shared flat for people comming to Bonn for a shorter or longer time.
Ein Garagenstellplatz kann für 80 Euro / Monat dazu gemietet werden.
Fahrräder können im Haus abgestellt werden.
Bettwäsche ist vorhanden, aber es kann natürlich auch eigene mitgebracht werden.
