Hi everyone,
We have a little room (11 m²) available to rent from 22.01 until 27.02.2020 (so a little more than 1 month).
The room is 11 m² with a double bed with a big closet and a little desk.
The apartment is 72 m², and has a equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine.
The apartment is very quiet and also very central to commute anywhere in Berlin.
The rent is 500 euros for the whole period to pay at the entrance in the apartment.
The caution is 300e , to pay at the entrance as well.
In the price are included the heating (gas) and hot water, electricity and access to the wlan.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Grüntaler Straße. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man den U-Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen, wo die U8 fährt, und S1/S2 und Ringbahn. Sehr praktisch nach Mitte, Kreuzberg oder Neukölln zu fahren.
In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Rewe, Lidl, DM und Gesundbrunnen Shopping Center. Es gibt auch sehr nach einen Bäcker, viele Shawarma und Döner Laden, Blumenladen usw...
Die Wohnung ist umgeben von dem Volkspark Humboldthain.
I am looking for an easy going, clean, social and open-minded person.

Someone who is working ideally, or studying, but can as well have a glass of wine and a chat :)
There will be only two persons in the WG, so it's important that you understand yourself and function together as good as possible, for leisure but as well for the domestic tasks.
