Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer und befindet sich am 1. OG im Seitenflügel des Hauses. Große Fenster sorgen für viel Sonnenlicht (es gibt auch kein Gebäude das dies blokieren würde).
Das angebotene Zimmer ist das größere von den beiden und ist teilmöbliert. Man kann hier mit dem Platz viel erreichen, z.B. es durch Möbel in einen Schlaf- und einen Wohnteil teilen.
Wichtig zu beachten: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Stadtteil mit einem bunten Nachtleben, ist also lauter als meiste.

The falt has 2 rooms and is on the first floor in the side building of the house. Large windows ensure a lot of light makes it inside (there is also no building to block this).
The room on offer is the larger of the two and is partially furnished. The size of the room allows for creativity with the space. You could for instance separate the room into a living and a sleeping space using furniture.
Important to know: The flat is located in a part of the city with a busy nightlife, so it's louder than most.

Wohnung befindet sich in der nähe von Ostkreuz (9 Minuten zu Fuß), Lidl ist um die Ecke, Restaurants, Bars, usw. In dem gleichen Block befindet sich auch ein Musikklub, man sollte also daran denken - es kann laut werden. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern hört man aber kaum was.
English:
The flat is close to Ostkreuz (9 minutes walking), Lidl is around the corner, Restaurants, Bars, etc. There is a music club in the same block of buildings, so it should be kept in mind - it can be loud. With windows closed you can barely hear anything, though.

Ich bin geschäftlich ziemlich viel unterwegs, verbringe in der Wohnung also wenig Zeit. Deswegen reicht mir auch das kleine Zimmer.
Wenn ich aber da bin, hab ich nichts gegen Quatschen, ein Bierchen trinken oder was Sportliches zusammen zu unternehmen.

I travel quite a lot due to my work, so I don't spend that much time in the flat. That is why I'm fine with keeping the smaller room.
When I'm there, I'm not against a freindly chat, a cold one or doing something more active together.
