- 10 sqm room with a single bed and a closet.
- The room has a big window facing the inner hof so it gets a lot of natural lighting. The room also has blackout curtains to block the sun when needed.
- Price includes rent + electricity + WIFI + tv tax.
- Top location in Mitte. Really quiet street perfect for a good sleep but surrounded by the cutest bars and restaurants. Just a 5 minute walk from Mauer Park, a 3 minute walk from Bernauer Str. station and a 2 minute walk from the M10.

I am a very relaxed, independent person who likes my own space but at the same time loves sharing time with my roommate from time to time. Movies, dinners, glasses of wine, you name it!
My biggest must: I need someone who is actually clean and not someone who just says to like cleaning to get the room. This is super important and living together won't work at all if this is not the case. I really dislike going after the other person's mess and asking to clean up when it's our own responsibility as adults.
Also no sexism, homophobia or racism or any sort of discrimination is tolerated as this is a safe place. ♡
