Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Untermieter für meine 1-Zimmerwohnung im Herzen von München für c. 2 Wochen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in c. 5-10 min Laufentfernung sowohl vom Münchner Hauptbahnhof sowie vom Sendlinger Tor und ist damit perfekt angebunden.
Das Viertel um den Hauptbahnhof ist sehr lebendig und zeichnet sich durch eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Bars aus. Dadurch, dass sich die Wohnung sehr südlich auf der Schillerstraße befindet und der Balkon in den Innenhof zeigt, ist es jedoch sehr ruhig im Apartment.
In 5 Gehminuten finden sich zudem sowohl ein Aldi als auch ein Lidl.
Das Prunkstück der Wohnung ist der Balkon mit seiner Couch (Kissen sind vorhanden) und der Gasgrill.
Die Kaltmiete bezieht sich auf einen Monat.
Die Mietkosten werden dementsprechend proportional zur Länge deines Aufenthaltes berechnet.

I am looking for a subtenant for my 1-room apartment in the heart of Munich for c. 2 weeks.
The apartment is in c. 5-10 min walking distance from both Munich Central Station and Sendlinger Tor and is therefore perfectly connected.
The district around the main train station is very lively and is characterized by a variety of restaurants and bars. However, because the apartment is very south on Schillerstrasse and the balcony faces the courtyard, it is very quiet in the apartment.
In 5 minutes you can find both an Aldi and a Lidl.
The showpiece of the apartment is the balcony with its couch (pillows are provided) and the gas grill.
The basic rent relates to one month.
The rental costs are calculated proportionally to the length of your stay.
