Schöne Wohnung zu vermieten (10.03-20.04)

Da wir für knapp über einen Monat, vom 10.03 bis 18.04, nicht in Augsburg sind, wollen wir unsere Wohnung untervermieten. Sie liegt belebten Augsburg Oberhausen, 2 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof, Supermärkten, Drogerien und auch Bars entfernt. Somit sind die Wege immer sehr kurz. :)

Die Wohnung an sich hat 3 schöne Zimmer und ist komplett möbliert und kann so wie in den Bildern gezeigt genutzt werden. Wenn gewünscht würden wir auch ein Teil der Schränke leeren, sodass nicht aus Koffern gelebt werden muss. Im Wohnzimmer steht eine Schlafcouch (mit richtiger Matratze) und ein großer Fernseher bereit (Xbox und Amazon Fire könnt ihr gerne nutzen). Auch das Büro ist mit zwei Schreibtischen, einem Whiteboard und vor allem schnellen Internet (200MB/s) top ausgestattet.

We are looking to rent out our flat from the 10th of March until the 19th of April (flexible). The flat is in Oberhausen, just 2 minutes away from the tram lines, bus lines, regional train station, and supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, etc. So it's always a short walk no matter where you're going. :)

The apartment has 3 nice rooms and every room is completely furnished. If you want, we can empty out one of the closets so that you're not having to live out of a suitcase! In the living room there is also a couch with a pull-out mattress (actually comfy!) and a big TV with access to Amazon Fire and an Xbox that you're free to use. In the office there are two desks and a whiteboard that you are free to use, and the entire apartment has very quick internet (200MB/s).
