Ein Zimmer in unserer WG steht für eineinhalb Monate leer, deshalb würde ich mich sehr freuen, dich als Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin zu begrüßen!
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und mit einem schönen Bett. Außerdem gibts einen Tisch und einen Stuhl und Regale. Wenn dir etwas nicht gefällt, kannst du natürlich auch eigene Möbel hinein stellen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Es gibt ein großes Fenster mit einem roten Rollo.
Es stehen einige nicht nutzbare Möbel im Raum, z.B. ein schmaler Schrank.
We have one free room in our WG from May 2020.
It's a quite spacious room with furniture (bed, etc). If you do not like the furniture, you can bring your own. There's a small closet in the room, which cannot be used, unfortunateley
The room's very calm and has one big window with view on the courtyard.
Unsere Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, recht nah am Nordufer (man kann gut abends dort auf ein Bier sitzen).
Die U9 ist 4 Gehminuten entfernt.
Es fährt auch der Bus 142 direkt über den Hauptbahnhof durch Mitte nach Friedrichshain.
Die Ringbahn ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Der Berliner Hauptbahnhof ist in 30 Minuten zu Fuß und in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Ich bin Autorin und Doktorandin in der Psychologie und arbeite momentan von zuhause aus. Interessenmäßig mag ich Natur, Wandern, außerdem habe ich eine ausgeprägte geek-Seite und spreche gern über Star Trek und Computer und Wissenschaft. Meine Profession ist die Psychoanalyse.
Ich wünsche mir eine/n netten MitbewohnerIn und ein freundliches, rücksichtsvolles Zusammenleben. :) Gemeinsam ein Glas Wein trinken, ein bisschen über dieses oder jenes philosophieren, dafür bin ich definitiv zu haben!
Außerdem wohnt Käthe mit in der Wohnung, eine etwas tatterige Katzendame, die geimpft und durchgecheckt ist.
I'm an Author and write my PhD-Thesis on a psychoanalytic topic. Besides that, I'm a little geeky and I love hiking. I speak English fluently!
An old cat lady is living with us.
Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stock und leider nicht für einen Rollstuhl barrierefrei.
Ansonsten sind wir LGBT-friendly und offen für alle netten Leute!
