The apartment is located in Schwetzingenstadt and is about 49 square meters. Your room is 12 m. In the picture you can see all the furniture that will be left.
The house has old-style furniture, but the appliances are working (the washing machine is very good, while the fridge and the oven are just a few months old). The kitchen has all the utensils you might need.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Schwetzingenstadt und ist etwa 49 Quadratmeter groß. Ihr Zimmer ist 12 m groß. Auf dem Bild können Sie alle Möbel sehen, die übrig bleiben werden.

The area is well connected to the center by public transport (1 and 6 stops right below the house) and in a few stops you can get to Paradeplatz. The central station can be reached in a little more than 5 minutes walk. It takes about 15 minutes by bike to the university. The neighborhood is quite quiet and peaceful, and nearby are Edeka, Lidl, Netto and DM.

I (Marta) am the Haupmieter of the apartment. I am going to close the contract with the house by the end of August, therefore the room will be available only for a limited amount of time.
It can be ideal for people who need to find a place in Mannheim, and might benefit for a temporary stay to get settled and get to know the surroundings. Especially because the house market will have more offer after the summer and this might give you the occasion to have a more relaxing application period.
