I’m looking for someone awesome to overtake my room for a long term.
I’m leaving my room furnished. I’d like to sell everything for an extremely attractive price: a bookshelf, a table, a chair, a mirror, a clothes rack with storage pockets, a bed with 2 mattresses, shelves (mounted) for 235 EU. I’m leaving the ceiling lamp (+cover) and window shutters for free.
The apartment:
The apartment is really spacious, ca. 109,82 m², & light. It consists of 5 rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms (a small guest toilet and a bigger bathroom with a bathtub & a shower).
The living room is the biggest room where we sometimes gather to spend time together/exercise/watch a movie, etc. It’s equipped with an adorable balcony where you can plant plants or enjoy a drink in the evening.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, a stove, toasters, 2 fridges (big & small), etc. Everything you might need to cook something delicious.

Ich suche nach jemandem, der mein Zimmer langfristig vermieten kann.
Das Zimmer ist 10,3 m² groß, es ist den ganzen Tag über sehr hell (meine Pflanzen waren immer glücklich) und ruhig.
Ich verlasse mein Zimmer möbliert. Ich möchte alles zu einem äußerst attraktiven Preis verkaufen: ein Bücherregal, einen Tisch, einen Stuhl, einen Spiegel, einen Kleiderständer mit Aufbewahrungsfächern, ein Bett mit 2 Matratzen, Regale (montiert) für 235 EU. Die Deckenlampe (+Abdeckung) und die Fensterläden überlasse ich kostenlos.
Die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist wirklich geräumig, ca. 109,82 m², hell. Sie besteht aus 5 Zimmern, 1 Küche, 2 Badezimmern (eine kleine Gästetoilette und ein größeres Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche).
Das Wohnzimmer ist der größte Raum, wo wir manchmal die Zeit miteinander verbringen/trainieren/einen Film anschauen, usw. Es ist mit einem bezaubernden Balkon ausgestattet, auf dem man etwas pflanzen oder abends ein Getränk genießen kann.
Die Küche verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, einen Herd, Toaster, 2 Kühlschränke (groß und klein), usw. Alles, was man braucht, um etwas Leckeres zu kochen.
The flat is 8 mins away from the U-Bahn station Scharnweberstraße. There is a big EDEKA just 10 mins away and smaller shops very close to the flat (Nah und Gut in 4 mins, REWE, etc.). Also an U-bahn station Kurt-Schumacher-Platz is just 1 station away, where you can find a big supermarket CLOU, banks (Commerzbank, Postbank), Bauhaus, etc.

Die Wohnung ist 8 Min. vom U-Bahnhof Scharnweberstraße entfernt. Es gibt eine große EDEKA nur 10 Minuten entfernt und kleinere Laden in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung (Nah und Gut in 4 Minuten, REWE, etc.). Auch Kurt-Schumacher-Platz ist nur 1 Station entfernt, wo es einen großen Supermarkt CLOU, Banken (Commerzbank, Postbank), Bauhaus, Cafes usw. gibt.
I hope that the person who overtakes my room will really care about my friends, who I’ve been living with for 2 great years.
They are all students of physics in their early 20ies:
- Z. is a person with so many talents it’s hard not to be jealous. She plays the cello, draws, sews original costumes, etc. And she’s always happy to chat with you about miscellaneous topics over a nice cup of tea.
- S. is our favorite ‘cave person’. He’s a quirky character who likes to say things in a mysterious way & rarely leaves his room (his happy place). He’s a big music & plane enthusiast.
- N. is the most active of us all: he runs, exercises, rows & bakes. He’s an extremely lovely & positive person. Once you try his cooking, you don’t want to go back to your old way of living :))
We’re looking for someone open, nice & friendly, preferably a student in her/his early 20ies, who is interested in forming a home together.

Ich hoffe, dass die Person, die mein Zimmer übernimmt, sich wirklich um meine Freunde kümmert, mit denen ich seit 2 tollen Jahren zusammenlebt habe.
Sie sind alle Studenten der Physik mit Anfang 20:
- Z. ist eine Person mit so vielen Talenten, dass es schwer ist, nicht eifersüchtig zu sein. Sie spielt Cello, zeichnet, näht Originalkostüme usw. Und sie freut sich immer, bei einer schönen Tasse Tee über verschiedene Themen zu chatten.
- S. ist unser Lieblings-'Höhlenmensch'. Er ist eine eigenartige Figur, die gerne Dinge auf geheimnisvolle Weise sagt & verlässt selten sein Zimmer (seinen glücklichen Ort). Er ist ein großer Fan von Musik und Flugzeugen.
- N. ist der aktivste von uns allen: er läuft, trainiert, rudert und backt. Er ist ein äußerst liebenswerter und positiver Mensch. Wenn man einmal seine Kochkünste ausprobiert hat, möchte man nicht mehr zu seiner alten Lebensweise zurückkehren :))
Wir suchen nach jemandem, der offen, nett und freundlich ist, vorzugsweise ein Student Anfang 20, der daran interessiert ist, ein gemeinsames Heim zu gründen.
