I´m happy for you to check out this amazing flat with even more amazing flatmates, which are Paul, who knows everything about History and is an excellent chess player. Currently he is a bit stuck writing his book find out what it´s about! During the week he´s working in a Silkweave fabric and on weekends he enjoy´s having friends over for playing chess, backgammon, video games or in the summer going to the donau for a swim. There's me I'm 30 years old from Germany I like to join Paul for the weekend chilling playing hardboardgames, video games or watching movies. Currently I'm working in customer support and finishing my yoga teachers training. Third member is Laura, she´s from Salzburg countryside and our good soul. She´s leaving us in middle of February so her room would be for you :) And we have a cat!
I'm living in the upper level and Paul in the lower level next to the living room, your room is located in the lower level, too. In the lower lever are most things except the entrance to the rooftop. Your room can be very private if you close both doors leading there. It´s fully furnished with desk, carpet and everything and you have a spacious balcony. In the lower level there´s the entrance space, living room with open Kitchen, the big bathroom (we have a small toilet, too)
We´re looking for someone who take things easy and who is ok with smoking in the living room from time to time.
The moving in and out dates are little bit flexibel just talk with us

Directly at a parc in the 8th district you can go on the swing after the kids are gone if you like ;)
This shared flat now comes to an end. It has been 8 years with ups and downs and a lot of party, but since 2 -3 years it´s more quiet. We will celebrate a big party in end of june or july when we move out. It´s a incredible flat and not a lot of people have seen a better rooftop view over vienna. Come and check it out!
