Außerdem gibt es einen großen Garten, ein Kellerabteil, eine Münzwaschmaschine, einen Trockner und die Möglichkeit, die Wäsche an der Luft trocknen zu lassen.
Im Haus befinden sich noch zwei weitere Wohnungen.

Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.

There are two additional rooms in the flat share, a kitchen (fully equipped) and a daylight bathroom with a bathtub.
Moreover there is a big garden, a basement partition, a washing machine to be used with coins, a dryer and plenty of space to dry clothes in the air.
In the house there are two additional flats.
The cleaning of the common staircase is already contained in the costs.
The room will be rented unfurnished. It will be available at 1.6. / 15.6. (upon consultation).
Viewing appointments starting 18 o'clock are convenient (others also possible).
Obwohl in der Weststadt, liegt die Wohnung eigentlich sehr zentral. (Die Altstadt ist 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, Rewe, bis 24 h geöffnet, 2 min zu Fuß; Uni Wilhelmstraße und Morgenstelle beide je 20 min zu Fuß. Auch Aldi, dm, Bioladen (Bio-Markt West) sind ganz in der Nähe.) Außerdem fließt die Ammer an unserem Küchenfenster vorbei. Felder und Wiesen sind in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein schöner Wasser-Weg ist direkt vor der Haustür.
Although located in the western part of the town, the flat is quite central. (The historic district is a walking distance of 10 mins away, supermarket Rewe, which is opened until 24 h - but closed on Sundays like most shops in Germany - is 2 mins away; the university locations Wilhelmstraße and Morgenstelle can both be reached in 20 mins by foot. Also supermarket Aldi, drugstore dm and organic food shop Bio-Markt West are quite close.) Further the small river Ammer passes our kitchen window. Fields and meadows are 10 mins away. There is a beautiful way beside the small river in front of the house.
Ich, euer zukünftiger Mitbewohner, bin 40 Jahre alt, Softwareentwickler, mache gerne Sport (Yoga, Joggen), liebe die Natur, spiele klassische Gitarre. Außerdem wohnt hier noch May Li (Doktorandin am MPI), Mitte dreißig, die allerdings nur selten da ist, seit sie quasi bei ihrem Freund eingezogen ist.
Unsere Küche ist klein, aber gemütlich. Ein weiterer größerer Gemeinschaftsraum ist leider nicht vorhanden. Dadurch ist die WG eher etwas ruhiger; man kann sich dafür aber auch gut auf eigene Dinge fokussieren.
Fühlt euch bitte auch angesprochen, wenn ihr schon etwas älter seid!
Me, your roommate, I am 40 years old, a software developer. I like doing sports (yoga, jogging and more), love nature and play the classical guitar. There's another roommate, May Li. She is doing her PhD at the Max-Planck-Institute of Tübingen, being in her mid-thirties. But since she is virtually living at her boyfriend's house, she rarely is here at the moment.
Our kitchen is small, but cozy. Unfortunately there is no additional common room in the flat. Thus the flat share is a bit more quiet; but at the same time it somehow creates an atmosphere that lets you focus well on your work.
