Zu Fuß kann man innerhalb von 5 min sowohl die Straßenbahn als auch verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe, DM-Drogeriemarkt, Subway, Tankstelle) als auch einen Hausarzt und eine Apotheke erreichen.
Das Neuenheimer Feld ist mit dem Fahrrad in 20 min erreichbar. In der Heidelberger Innenstadt (Bismarckplatz) ist man mit der Straßenbahn Nr. 22 in 20 min. Die Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) ist zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen.

A 28 m² apartment with a balcony and a cellar. The kitchen was renovated a few years ago and has a connection for a washing machine.
The tram 22 to Heidelberg, supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe, Norma), a pharmacy, a doctor, Subway and a petrol station are all located within 5 walking minutes from the apartment.
The Bismarckplatz and the campus (natural science & medicine) can be reached within 20 min by bike or by tram. Even though it is a ground floor apartment the balcony is 2 m above the ground.
