Hello everyone!
We (Stefano and Julián) are looking for a new flatmate in our shared flat (WG). One of the rooms in our three-people flat is already available. The room is in the uppermost part of our building (a large attic), has great view and two windows. The access is via a small stair. It covers about 15 square meters and has some remaining furniture (please check the photos).
The flat is simple but has a lot of light and a tremendous view (seriously!). It is located in Wilhelmsburg, a quarter near the Veddel train station. Added to the three rooms, the flat includes a wide living room, a bathroom and a small but cozy kitchen. Unfortunantely there is no cellar/garden or similar available.
The basic rent is € 271,67 per month, plus € 38,18 for electricity, internet, water and the mandatory radio and TV fee (Rundfunkbeitrag). The security deposit is 500 €.

Hallo alle zusammen!
wir (Stefano und Julián) sind auf der Suche nach einer/m neuen Mitbewohner/in, da ein Zimmer in unserer Dreier-WG ab Juni frei ist. Das Zimmer liegt direkt unter dem Dach, ist über eine kleine Treppe zugänglich, ca. 15 qm groß und teilmöbliert. Die Aufblick dieses Zimmers ist gan schön.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer hellen Wohnung in Wilhelmsburg, in der Nähe der Veddel Haltestelle (Linien S3-S31). Die Wohnung hat ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine kleine, aber gemütliche Küche.
Die Miete beträgt € 271,67 pro Monat + € 38,18/Monat für Strom, Internet, Wasser und Rundfunkbeitrag. Kaution: 500 €
The district is very lively, friendly and culturally diverse. Stores, cafés, bars, restaurants and parks are all over the neighborhood. There’s even a small water channel and a dike nearby. The bus stop Vogelhuttendeich is right across the street. Penny is 4 minutes away on foot, Aldi, Lidl and Edeka some 6-7 minutes. Other smaller supermarkets are also nearby.

Das Stadtviertel ist sehr lebendig und kulturell vielfältig. Geschäfte, Cafés, Kneipen und Restaurants sind überall. Die Bushaltestelle Vogelhüttendeich befindet sich direkt vor der Haus. Penny ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Aldi, Lidl und Edeka 6-7 Minuten. Andere Markten gibt's auch in der Nähe.
Stefano (Italian, 34 yo) is guitar and music teacher and moved to Hamburg three years ago. He finds the city lively and very interesting. Julián (27 yo) arrived from South America and is writing his thesis. He likes to make music, play soccer, dancing and appreciates conversations (and a good sense of humor =)
Since both of us regularly do home office, we expect a rather calm but friendly atmosphere. Both of us play music sometimes but always inside our rooms and never too loud. We also enjoy spontaneous activities together from time to time. We usually speak in english, though both of us manage to speak some german. Stefano speaks italian and Julián speaks spanish, as natives each.
We’re looking forward to welcome a reliable flatmate, most preferably for a long-term stay and also someone who’s keen on a respectful environment as much as we are. It is also very important for us that nobody smokes anywhere in the flat, including in the private rooms.
DEUTSCH:
Stefano (italienisch, 34 Jahre alt) ist Gitarren- und Musiklehrer und ist seit 3 Jahren nach Hamburg gezogen. Stefano findet die Stadt lebendig und interessant. Julián (27 Jahre alt) schreibt gerade seine Masterarbeit und macht auch gerne Musik. Er spiel gerne Fussball, tantz und trinkt manchmal gerne Bier.
Da wir beide auch von zu Hause arbeiten, sind wir eine eher ruhige WG, mögen es aber auch spontan manchmal gemeinsam etwas zu machen. Jeder spielt manchmal Musik aber immer in jedes Zimmers und nie zu Laut. Normalerweise sprechen wir Englisch, aber sprechen beide auch etwas Deutsch. Stefano spricht zudem Italienisch und Julián Spanisch, beide jeweils als Muttersprachler.
Wir freuen uns auf eine zuverlässige Person, die an einem respektvollen Miteinander genauso interessiert ist wie wir. Langfristiger Mieter bevorzugt. Für uns ist es auch sehr wichtig, dass niemand in der Wohnung raucht.
If you don’t mind, we’d prefer to have a videocall before we meet personally, it’s just to avoid so much traffic in the appartment ;)
