Das Haus wurde 1885 gebaut und 2010 renoviert.
Obwohl sehr zentral gelegen, ist es im Apartment ruhig. Kabel-TV, Midi-Anlage, Zentralheizung, großzügige Ablagemöglichkeiten für Gepäck und Kleidung sind vorhanden. Ein bequemes Doppelbett lässt Sie entspannt schlummern.
Professionelle Hotel-Bettwäsche und Handtücher von sehr guter Qualität haben wir für Sie bereitgestellt.
Ein kostenloser Internet-Anschluss (WLAN) ist im Apartment angeschlossen.

Nice and central 1-room apartment (45 sqm, 1st floor, elevator) with a friendly living / bedroom area.
The stripped floorboards give the apartment a warm and charming look, as do the high rooms of a typical Munich old building.
The house was built in 1885 and renovated in 2010.
Although very central, the apartment is quiet. Cable TV, midi system, central heating, generous storage space for luggage and clothes are available. A comfortable double bed allows you to sleep comfortably.
We have provided professional hotel bed linen and towels of very good quality for you.
A free internet connection (WLAN) is connected in the apartment.
The fully equipped kitchen with fridge, complete dishes (from wine glass to frying pan), cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. is suitable for a quick breakfast as well as for an opulent meal.
A washing machine is also available.
Die U-Bahn Station Westendstraße erreichst du nach einem 2 minütigen Fußweg. Mit der U-Bahnlinie U5 bist du nach einer 6 minütigen Fahrt am Karlsplatz (Stachus), im Herzen Münchens, wo du zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars erkunden kannst.
