Wie auch in der restlichen Wohnung liegt Laminat im Zimmer. Dadurch ist das Zimmer auch gut sauber zu halten. Durch das große Fenster fällt viel Licht ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Die Bilder des Zimmer zeigen ein gutes Beispiel wie sich ein Zimmer dieser größe einrichten lässt.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Fußgängerzone mitten in der Innenstadt von Gummersbach. In nur wenigen Minuten sind Bahnhof, Forum und der Campus der TH zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke.

The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone in the middle of downtown Gummersbach. The train station, the "Forum" shopping center and the campus of the University of applied science TH Köln are within walking distance. Many shops are right around the corner.
In der WG leben aktuell Jan und Kevin, die beide Informatik am Campus Gummersbach der TH Köln studieren.
An sich ist das WG leben meist ruhig. Für ein gutes Gespräch sind wir immer zu haben.
Wir achten auf, dass die Wohnung sauber und in Schuss bleibt. Es gibt einen Putzplan für Küche, Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer und Flur.

Jan and Kevin, who both study computer science at the Gummersbach campus of TH Cologne, are currently living in the shared apartment.
In itself, the shared flat is mostly quiet.
We make sure that the apartment is clean and in good condition. There is a cleaning plan for kitchen, bathroom, living room and hall.
Beachte bitte, dass wir einen neuen Mitbewohner/in für min. 1 Jahr suchen. Es werden nur Studenten zur Wohnungsbesichtigung eingeladen.
Die Abstandszahlung beinhaltet Kosten, die für die Anschaffung von gemeinsam genutzten Gegenständen angefallen sind (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, etc.).
