Hallo: We rent a room in a beautiful modernized old building. The entire apartment has a high-quality bathroom, guest toilet, well-equipped kitchen, spacious hall and three bedrooms, a total of about 95m². The floors of the bedrooms are made of parquet, the rest of the apartment has a luxurious marble floor and a ceiling height of 3.80 meters. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a well-kept old building.
The room faces west and has beautiful sunsets in the evening. The free bedroom and kitchen are on the street side and offer a very wide view of Berlin. The room is 20m². In general, all bedrooms in the apartment are cut the same and elongated, so perfect for a flat share. 20 square meters (so huge) and has a spacious balcony. The balcony has a direct view Damm but is not too loud. The apartment has a nice old Berlin charm, (unfortunately) the floor was painted over twice and the walls have a few cracks. Still, that's what makes this apartment so charming. Unfortunately the pictures are not the best but the apartment is really wonderful!
