Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, mit einer geräumigen Küche inklusive Durchreiche ins Wohnzimmer. Unsere überdachte Terrasse ist eine kleine Oase, auf der du nach Feierabend die Sonne genießen kannst. Das freie Zimmer ist etwa 23 Quadratmeter groß, mit dunklem Laminat ausgestattet und super geschnitten.
The apartment is spacious, with a big kitchen that has a serving window that opens into the living room. Our covered terrace is a small oasis where you can enjoy the sun after work. The free room is about 23 square meters in size, and has lovely wooden floors and a big floor to ceiling window.
Von Kneipen und Kirschbäumen umgeben, wohnst du in einem lebendigen aber trotzdem ruhigen Viertel. Rewe und Aldi sind fünf bzw. zehn Fußminuten entfernt, zum Hauptbahnhof brauchst du nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Straßenbahnen und Busse fahren wenige Minuten von der Haustür entfernt.
Surrounded by pubs and cherry trees, you live in a lively but quiet neighborhood. Rewe and Aldi are five and ten minutes away on foot, respectively, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the main train station. Trams and buses run every few minutes from the nearby bus stops.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Anfang/Mitte 30 und stehen beide fest im Berufsleben. Deshalb suchen wir nach einem Nachmieter/einer Nachmieterin, der/die bereits arbeitet und keine wilden Partys mitten in der Woche schmeißt.
Wir wünschen uns ein herzliches und rücksichtsvolles Zusammenleben und sind immer für einen Küchenplausch, ein Weinchen oder einen Tee zu haben.
Your roommates are in their early / mid 30s and both have a busy working life. That is why we are looking for a new tenant who is already working and does not throw wild parties in the middle of the week. We wish for a warm and considerate life together and are always available for a chat, a wine or a tea in the kitchen/balcony.
