Es handelt sich um eine kleine aber feine Wohnung im Norden von Bonn, die nur für den September vermietet werden soll (beziehbar aber schon ab dem 24. August). Eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt neben dem Haus. Mit dem Bus oder dem Fahrrad ist man in weniger als 10 Minuten im Zentrum und an der Uni.

Bei der Miete handelt es sich um einen Komplettpreis. Es kommen also keine Nebenkosten mehr hinzu.

Auch die Kosten für das Internet (WLAN) sind enthalten.

Eigenes Badezimmer (mit Dusche) und kleine Küchenzeile.

Die Kaution (250 euro) wird bei Rückgabe des Schlüssels sofort zurückgezahlt.

It is a small but nice apartment in the north of Bonn, which is only to be rented for September (but available from August 24th). A bus stop is right next to the house. You can get to the center and the university in less than 10 minutes by bus or bike.

The rent is an all-inclusive price, so there are no more additional costs.

The costs for the Internet (WiFi) are also included.

Private bathroom (with shower) and small kitchenette.

A deposit in the amount of 250 euro has to be paid. It will be paid back to you when you move out.
