I have a free room in my beautiful apartment in Giesing (Untersbergstr)
The flat has one sleeping room and one living room. As well as a nice kitchen and bathroom.
I travel a lot these months and you would be most of the time alone in the flat.
The room includes everything necessary you need for a comfortable living: a comfortable bed, chair, desk, closet (hanging and shelves), lamps, linen, decoration.
Everything is ready for you to just move in with your suitcase.
There is a possibility for longer period.
The flat is located on the Perlacherstr.
Subway station "Untersbergstr" (U2) is about 3 minutes walking from the flat. From there it only takes 7 Mins to the City Center (Hauptbahnhof).
There is also a Night Bus N41 that drives you home during the whole night.
Giesing S-bahn Station is about 10 Minutes of walking.
Everything you need is in the nearby.
I travel a lot these months and i would rent the sleeping room to someone nice in need.
Most of the time you will be alone in the flat.
I come for a couple of days and i stay in the living room where i also do my work on the PC desk.
