Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist tagsüber stets hell, da es über zwei große Dachfenster verfügt. Ein großer Schreibtisch, sowie ein 1,40 m breites Bett befinden sich bereits im Raum. Optional stehen auch noch ein Spiegel und ein Regal zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung hat eine gut eingerichtete Küche, welche zum Wohnzimmer anschließt. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und hat eine Fensterfront, die direkt zum Balkon führt.
Im Bad befindet sich bereits eine Waschmaschine.
Auch ein Keller ist parat.
Top Anbindung zur U8, U7 und S41, S42, S46, S47 (S+U Hermannstraße und S+U Neukölln).
Jeden Samstag findet ein regionaler Markt (Die Dicke Linda) auf dem Platz, direkt vor der Haustür statt und jeden 2. Sonntag ein Flohmarkt.
In weniger als zehn Minuten erreicht man zählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (LIDL, Real, REWE, Aldi, Rossmann, DM, Denn´s...alles was das Herz begehrt).
Innerhalb von 10 -15 Minuten liegt einem das Tempelhofer Feld zu Füßen ; )
Mir ist es wichtig, dass wir gut miteinander klarkommen und kommunizieren können. Abends kochen wir oft zusammen und schauen dann noch etwas über unseren Beamer.
