Very bright and fully-furnished room (double bed, desk, closet, blinds), renewed 2 years ago. The sun always points through this window during the afternoon. The room has a private balcony that faces a small square. It is quiet and has parkett, just like the whole flat.
There is a large and bright living room with big dining table and TV. For home office, there is also a büro room. Bathroom contains bathtub and shower. The new kitchen has induction plates, dishwasher, oven and washing machine. It includes everything else needed in a kitchen. There is a small separate niche with the fridge, containing also vacuum cleaner and all other cleaning tools.
The biggest advantage of this flat is the large terrace, uniquely for use by our apartment. The terrace and living room are with south orientation which is great in summer and winter.
The neighborhood is extremely well connected to the rest of the city:
- 1min walk to Tram 19 stop "Fürstenrieder Str." (Tram N19 all night long, perfect for going out during the weekend!)
- 7min walk to U-Bahn U5 Stop "Laimer Platz"
- 10min walk to S-Bahn stammstrecke stop "Laim"
It contains all services needed:
- Edeka, Rewe, DM, Woolworth 5min walk,
- hairdresser, bank ATM, paper shop 1min walk.
- all doctor types really close.
Although the apartment building is close to the intersection Furstenrieder Str and Agnes-Bernauer-Str, from the flat barely any noise can be heard from traffic. Also the terrace is completely shielded from street noise.
This a WG with a great atmosphere and social people, we want to keep it this way. It is an international WG with a lot of shared space. The huge terrace is great in summer for working out, organising dinners and drinks. Shared space is used with common sense and respect to the other flatmate. Reasonable relax hours are to be respected and any undertakings are agreed together, keeping a good balance between work/life/chilling.
Ablösevereinbarung according to your share for Einbauküche has to be paid separately. Keller is available to store things and parking spot in Tiefgarage can be rented. And oh, internet speed is 300Mb/s!
