Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 Quadratmeter gross. Durch seinen quadratischen Schnitt kann man alle Moebel gut unterbringen. Ein besonderes Highlight sind die Dachfenster mit dem grossen Holzfensterbrett, durch welche viel Licht hereinkoomt. Da das Zimmer nach Osten ausgerichtet ist, scheint schon morgens die Sonne herein. Im Zimmer befinden sich bereits zwei Kleiderschraenke, die gerne uebernommenwerden koennen.
The room is about 15 square metres. Due to its square cut, all furniture can be accomodated. A special highlight are the skylights with the large wooden window sills, through which a lot of light comes in. Since the room faces east, the sun shines in already in the morning. There are already furnitures in the room which can be taken over.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Paulusviertel, welches sich durch seine zentrale Lage und wunderschöne Altbauten auszeichnet. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straße liegt die Pauluskirche. Die Altstadt sowie den Hauptcampus der Uni erreicht man fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten. Auch der Steintorcampus, an welchem viele Veranstaltungen für die Geistes-und SozialwissenschaftlerInnen stattfinden, ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Bahnhaltestellen Willy-Lohmann-Straße und Hermannstraße sind in 3 bzw. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In direkter Umgebung befindet sich ein 24-Stunden-Edeka sowie viele Cafés und Restaurants.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Paulusviertel, which is characterized by its central location and beautiful old buildings. The Pauluskirche is on the opposite street. The old town and the main campus of the university can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. The Steintorcampus, where many events for humanities and social scientists take place, can also be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Willy-Lohmann-Straße and Hermannstraße train stops are 3 and 5 minutes away on foot. There is a 24-hour Edeka as well as many cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
