I have a sunny, partially furnished 19 sqm room for rent, with a window that looks outside to the backyard. The renting period can be extended or shortend, as needed.
It is furnished with a desk, chairs, 2 mattresses, shelves and a clothes rail. If desired, it can also be furnished with a proper single bed.
We are looking for a uncomplicated and considerate male flatmate who starts his day in the morning with a regular schedule and income.
You live with 2 Germans: me Ines (a psychologist) and my roommate Sebastian (engineer). We live in a shared flat because we prefer community to living alone. We are both communicative, tolerant and cosmopolitan. I am a vegetarian and Sebastian never eats meat. We care about the environment and take care about saving resources (water, gas, electricity, plastic, separating garbage). We like it clean, but don't exaggerate it.
We both like biking and hanging out on the Tempelhofer field, which is quite close.
The kitchen is the common room of the flat and is very well-equipped. Sometimes it can be a bit chaotically, like us, as well.
