There is a quiet, furnished room 16m² available up from 1st March 2020 but not to get rented for less than 4 months. The room is located in a private flat on the 8th floor of a ten-storey building. It is a very convenient location here 400 metres away from Alexanderplatz. Besides me, another housemate, a young woman from North Macedoniarom lives in another room of the flat.
We want a very friendly and communicative person who will be ready for a nice WG life.
One shared bathroom and kitchen are guaranteed. A wireless internet connection is available also. You will have a real bed. In the room, there´s lots of sunlight, a wardrobe, and another small cabinet as well as a TV.
A bus stop and a tram stop are in front of the building. 2 Buslines and 4 tram lines are passing here.
My name is Wolfgang. I do voluntary social work I´m an openminded, social and very communicative person.. Friends describe me as polite, likeable, accomodating, helpful and tolerant. I remained youthfully, natural and funny.
For five years I worked as a teacher for job application training for jobcenter clients. I volunteer to help migrants find jobs in Berlin and even accompany them to appointments with the authorities like the jobcenter, including filling out forms and supporting them in the discussion.
Es handelt sich um ein ruhiges Zimmer, welches sich in einer Privatwohnung in der 8. Etage eines 10-geschossigen Wohnhauses befindet. Es ist ein möbliertes Zimmer mit 16m². Wir bevorzugen eine sich locker und ungezwungen verhaltene Person, die auch und vor allem sehr kommunikativ ist.
Bad- und Küchenmitbenutzung sind gewährleistet. WLAN ist verfügbar. Es ist ein gemütliches Zimmer mit einem richtigen Bett, einem Nachtschrank, einem neuen hellfarbenen Kleiderschrank Personen, einem Fernseher, einem einfachem Computertisch plus zwei Stühle.
Der Alexanderplatz (City Ost), ist 500 Meter entfernt und viele der wichtigsten Berliner Sehenswürdigkeiten im Bezirk Berlin-Mitte sind fußläufig erreichbar. In unmittelbarere Nähe befinden sich der traditionsreiche alte Berliner Ortsteil Prenzlauer Berg sowie der lebhafte Bezirk Fiedrichshain, zum Beispiel mit den vielen gut besuchten Straßencafes für beliebte abendliche Treffs.
Ich selbst war 5 Jahre lang Lehrer für Bewerbungstraining und Jobaktivierung für Jobcenter-Kunden. Inzwischen helfe ich vor allem EU-Migranten einen Job zu finden oder ich begleite sie bei Behörden- oder Jobcenter-Terminen.
