Das Zimmer ist gemütliche 15qm groß, hat schöne hohe Decken und einen Dielen Fußboden. Die Wandfarbe ist zurzeit Rosa, kann aber noch gestrichen werden. Ein Fenster ermöglicht den Blick auf den Innenhof und den Balkon. Das Zimmer liegt Richtung Innenhof, weshalb es sehr still ist.
Die Saarbahnhaltestelle Ulandstraße liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Edeka, Penny und Aldi sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zwei super Bäcker, Eisdiele, Fitnessstudio und Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke und die Tankstelle bietet sogar Sonntags kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für Stadtmitte ist es hier vergleichsweise ruhig und man erreicht schnell sowohl das Nauwieser Kneipenviertel als auch die Autobahn. Der Staden ist in 4 Minuten zu erreichen um zu spazieren oder joggen zu gehen.
Deine Mitbewohnerin heißt Itana ist 25 Jahre und studiert Medizin. Das WG-Leben ist ganz entspannt, unkompliziert und zwanglos.
