In unserer Biegen-WG wird das Balkonzimmer zur Zwischenmiete im März frei, für das wir eine*n Mitbewohner*in suchen!
Isa fährt im März in den Urlaub und kommt Anfang April wieder (Ein- und Auszugsdatum flexibel).
Das Zimmer ist groß, hat hohe Decken und eine Fensterfront mit Balkontür. Außerdem liegt das Zimmer auf der „ruhigen“ Seiten (zum großen Gemeinschaftsgarten), d.h. kein Straßenlärm!
Der Garten wird mit den rechtlichen WGs im Haus geteilt, ist groß und besitzt viele Sitzgelegenheit und Platz für Lagerfeuer.
Bad und Küche sind immer groß genug für alle und wir haben eine Waschmaschine, Trockner und Spülmaschine! Echter Luxus also! Ansonsten ist die WG auch gut ausgestattet, also brauchst du nichts wirklich mitbringen.
Preislich sieht es auch gut aus: die Warmmiete beträgt 350 inklusive GEZ, Heizung, Warmwasser, Internet und Co.
In our Biegen-WG the balcony room for intermediate rent becomes available in March, for which we are looking for a flatmate!
Isa is going on vacation in March and will return at the beginning of April (move-in and move-out dates flexible).
The room is large, has high ceilings and a window front with balcony door. Also, the room is on the "quiet" side (facing the large communal garden), which means no street noise!
The garden is shared with the legal WGs in the house, is large and has plenty of seating and space for bonfires.
Bathroom and kitchen are always big enough for everyone and we have a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher! So real luxury! Otherwise, the WG is also well equipped, so you don't really need to bring anything.
Price-wise it also looks good: the warm rent is 400 including GEZ, heating, hot water, internet and Co.
Auch von der Lage her ist die WG in der Biegenstraße nicht zu toppen.
Die Lahn ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür, ein riesen Pluspunkt . Du wirst bei spontanen Treffen nie zu spät kommen! Eine Bushaltestelle ist auch direkt vor der Tür, das Hörsaalgebäude ist in 2min und die Bib in 4min zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Innenstadt, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Tegut, DM, Lidl), sind 5 bis 10 min Fußweg entfernt.
Also the location of the room ist TOP.
The Lahn is right on the doorstep, a huge plus. You will never be late for spontaneous meetings! There is also a bus stop right in front of the door, the lecture hall building is a 2 minute walk away and the library is a 4 minute walk away. The city center and shopping facilities (Rewe, Aldi, Tegut, DM, Lidl) are also 5 to 10 minutes away on foot.

Carlotta studiert Medizin im dritten Semester und geht gerne abends das Marburger Nachtleben erkunden. Ansonsten trifft man sie häufig in der Unibib oder im Gym an. Simon hat gerade mit Psychologie begonnen und genießt seinen Start in Marburg. Ann Sophie studiert Sozialwissenschaften, schreibt aktuell ihre Masterarbeit und ist immer für ein Küchengespräch zu haben. Aylin ist gerade erst eingezogen und studiert auch Medizin. Gemeinsam leben wir hier in einer sehr harmonischen Atmosphäre, in der sowohl das Zusammenleben, als auch der eigene Rückzugsort genossen werden kann. Generell sind alle offen für neue Erlebnisse und Kontakte, es findet sich immer jemand für die nächste Unternehmung und es ist fast immer jemand in der Küche!
Wir fänden es letztendlich noch cool, wenn du einen gewissen Sinn für Ordnung hast.

Carlotta studies medicine in her third semester and likes to explore Marburg's nightlife in the evenings. Otherwise, you can often find her in the Unibib or in the Gym. Simon has just started psychology and is enjoying his start in Marburg. Ann Sophie is studying social sciences, is currently writing her master's thesis, and is always up for a chat in the kitchen. Aylin has just moved in and is also studying medicine. Together we live here in a very harmonious atmosphere, where you can enjoy living together as well as your own retreat. In general, everyone is open to new experiences and contacts, there is always someone to find for the next venture and there is almost always someone in the kitchen!
