I am looking for a subtenant for my room in the Weiße Rose student residence. The room is only available to International students by the Studentenwerk!
-The room is fully furnished, but individual additions to the furnishings are possible-

The room is in a great location. It is close to the university (short distance on foot). In addition, it is located directly on a park, which offers a good opportunity for walking. Overall close to nature, but also central to Weingarten. Parking is available near the dormitory, but you can also rent your own parking space directly at the dormitory.
Only the bathroom (toilet, shower) is shared with a neighbor. The kitchen is a communal kitchen (one for each floor), in which each resident has two separate compartments and a freezer compartment for storing food. The washing machines are located in a washroom that can be used by all students.
The rest of the equipment (including sink, refrigerator and furniture) is in the single room.
