Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und hell, da nach Südwesten gelegen. Auch im Frühjahr, wenn es draußen noch kalt ist, kann man sich an den zwei großen Fenstern herrlich sonnen:) Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass die Bahnschienen direkt daran vorbeiführen und es dadurch bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut ist.
There is a sunny room in Südstadt available. It’s a long-term stay in Central Bonn.
The room is 15 sq meters and receives plenty of afternoon sun. The only drawback is the room faces the train line, which requires some acclamation.
There is access to bike parking.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ziemlich in der Mitte zwischen Hauptbahnhof und UN-Campus, eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Bundesrechnungshof/Auswärtiges Amt ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, die Rheinpromenade ist nur noch einen Block weiter entfernt. In der schönen Südstadt gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem fußläufig zu erreichen.
The location couldn’t be more ideal — Bonn Hbf or UN Campus are a 10 min walk, the Rhine promenade is a 5 min walk away. Rewe, Edeka within 1km radius.
Du teilst dir ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch für Gäste und einem Epiano, Küche, Balkon und Bad. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Staubsauger, es gibt also keinen Grund, Unordnung zu hinterlassen:)
Johanna, deine Mitbewohnerin, ist 33 Jahre alt und arbeitet Vollzeit im Schichtdienst. Sie freut sich über ihre Ruhe nach der Arbeit, aber auch über gemeinsames Kaffeetrinken/ Abendessen mit Freunden und Mitbewohner/in.
You’d be sharing a spacious living room with a sofa bed for guests and an epiano, a kitchen, balcony and a bathroom. The apartment is extraordinarily equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher and vacuum cleaner which you are free to use so there will be no need to leave a mess behind you:)
Your flatmate is Johanna, 33 years old, working full-time in day and night shifts. She appreciates her quiet-time after work, but is also happy about sharing coffee or dinner with friends and flatmate.
