Wohnung und WG- Leben:
Die Wohnung ist ca 70qm groß und ist für 3 Menschen ausgelegt und voll ausgestattet sowohl mit Waschmaschine, Badewanne als auch mit Spülmaschine.

Die Wohnung hat neben meinem Zimmer noch 2 andere Zimmer für die anderen beiden Mitbewohner, sowie eine Küche (ebenfalls mit Spreeblick) ein Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:
Es handelt sich um eine Internationale Wg und wir sprechen hauptsächlich englisch miteinander, wobei in den letzten Monaten auch immer mehr deutsch gesprochen wird.

Franz ist 27 und kommt aus Bolivien. Er wohnt seit 3 Jahren in dieser Wohnung und arbeitet als UX Designer bei einem Crypto-Startup. Nebenbei spielt er Bass in einer Band.

Michael ist 27 und kommt aus Island. Er wohnt seit circa einem Jahr in der Wohnung und arbeiten als Sound- engineer bei einem Mittelständischen Unternehmen. Dadurch ist er öfter auf Montage und ab und zu für 1-2 Wochen weg.

Die beiden kennen sich aus dem Studium und daher sehr entspannt. Es wird oft zusammen gekocht und wir setzen uns bei gutem Wetter gerne zusammen in den Treptower Park

Room with Spree view / Registration possible

I am looking for a new tenant for my room in Stralauer Allee:

Zimmer:
It is the biggest room in the Wg with about 14sqm incl. Spree view.
All furniture can be taken over for free:

Height adjustable desk (100cm x 160cm) perfect for home office

140x200 bed and mattress

Closet

Kalax 4x4 shelf black

The room costs 550€ and the landlord requires a gross income of 2000€ or a guarantor who will be entered into the lease. The deposit is 3 months cold rent.

Registration is of course possible and the lease has no time limit.


Apartment and WG life:
The apartment is about 70sqm and is designed for 3 people and fully equipped with both washing machine, bathtub and dishwasher.

The apartment has besides my room 2 other rooms for the other two roommates, as well as a kitchen (also with Spree view) a living room and a bathroom.

Your future flatmates:
It is an international Wg and we speak mainly English with each other, although in recent months also more and more German is spoken.

Franz is 27 and comes from Bolivia. He has been living in this apartment for 3 years and works as a UX designer at a crypto startup. On the side he plays bass in a band.

Michael is 27 and comes from Iceland. He has been living in the apartment for about a year and works as a sound engineer for a medium-sized company. Therefore he is often on assembly and from time to time away for 1-2 weeks.

The two know each other from their studies and therefore very relaxed. We often cook together and like to sit together in the Treptower Park when the weather is good.
