I am Athar, a master's student at university of Tübingen and I am offering my room for rent bcz I am going back home after finishing my study program. The room will be available on the 1st of Oct. It is in 2-WG apartment at the 17th floor, it has a balcony and incredible view. The warm Miete (inclusive everything) is 430euros, and I am willing to rent it for the person who's also interested in buying my furniture for 350 euros for everything in the room.
The appartement is 2 mins away from the bus station, and there is an Edeka and bakery 2 mins away from the building 😊
My roommate is very friendly, nice and open minded.
