Das Zimmer ist 17 qm in 4er WG mit Blick auf den Garten und hat noch zusätzlich ein eigenes Waschbecken . Also sehr angenehm und groß. Das Zimmer wird möbliert abgegeben , über die Kosten können wir noch sprechen.
The room is very bright with a large west-facing window, which means the room will be bright the whole day.
The garden outside the window is very pretty. lots of birds. some cute squirrels.
The room has its own sink. It is 17sqm big and is very spaacious for students.
The room is available FURNISHED ONLY. The cost for the furnitures can be discussed.
Die WG befindet sich auf der Wanne. Von der Bushaltestelle “Wanne Kunsthalle” sind es 4 Minuten zu fuß. Der Supermarkt (Penny) ist auch in 4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe einen Bäcker, eine Post, ein italienisches Restaurant, einen Biomarkt, eine Apotheke und sogar einen Friseur.
Der Botanische Garten ist 8 Gehminuten entfernt.
Der Wald in der Nähe ist auch genial zum Joggen und Wandern.
The flat is located near to "wanne". The bus station "wanne kunsthalle " is within 5 minutes walking distance. The supermarket (Penny) can also be reached in 4 minutes . There is also a bakery, post office, Italian restaurant, organic market, pharmacy and even a hair salon nearby.
The house is 10 minutes walk to Morgenstelle. Very good for students who attend that part of the uni..
The new botanical garden is an 8 minute walk
The forest nearby is also good for jogging and hiking. There is an incredibly good mountain view of Hagelloch if you jog there.
nun zu deinen zukünftigen Mitbewohnern: Nadim (Master student in the Morgenstelle), Fiona (Master student in the Morgenstelle, Azam (Phd in Morgenstelle). Sie sind sehr nette, ruhige Menschen. Sie sind meistens mit Arbeit beschäftigt.
Gemeinsame Aktivitäten mit den Mitbewohnern findet statt, aber aufgrund von Covid und die Arbeitszeiten ist es zurzeit selten.

The future roommates are very nice people. They are mostly busy with university work.
Activities together with the housemates do happen, but rare, due to Covid and everyone's working hours.
Der Hausmeister wohnt über uns und er und seine Frau sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
