We are looking for a renter from April 25 on (contract until Oct 27), bc our Justus (Hauptmieter) is moving to Moabit after 3+ years living here! Luca and Begüm stay :) Justus stays Hauptmieter until the contract ends 27, and probably you get prolonged!
