Hello everyone a very charming WG is soon to be resetting in Wilhelmsburg from the 15.10 !
the room 13m2/337€ which is available from 15.10. is sunny and has a view towards a Park!
The apartment itself is 70m2 and the kitchen is south-est oriented and fully equiped so you guys won't need to bring that much stuff in!
The appartement is located in lively Wilhelmsburg Island in the Reiherstiegviertel 5 minutes away from bus station Stübenplatz and is close to everything one need (supermarket and so on)... Being here is quite convenient and comfortable.
And we live next to a park so our kitchen is getting a gorgeous light in the morning !
I would say the wg-life is quite relaxed but at it is going to be a new constellation, you guys will set a fresh start!
The Flatshare situation was really easy, we did our things but we could get spontaneously together for a dinner/lunch/coffee :) and we could cook together as well as just "cave" (stay in our room and bingewatch) but it's up to you on how you want the WG life to be ;)
The roomate Paul (35): he is a landscape architect who also works as a tour guide, use to folkdance and is a Huge comic and manga fanatic !
Patricia a lovely HFBK Film Student is going to move in on Oktober the first! She loves comedy over all, glitter and a glass of wine. You are going to meet her as well, when we are going to arrange a meeting!
For the living together situation i guess it is always a discussion, so of course we divide the cleaning task that are turning but we can always say things and everyone knows that people are busy so i guess it is pretty chill.
Well i think the best way to see if it works is really to meet up so if you are interested just contact and we will try to arrange something :)
