Das Zimmer hat ca. 15m2 und ist unmöbiliert! Für den gesamten Zeitraum wären es warm 1020 € und 400 € Kaution.
Da das Zimmer zur Max-Brauer-Straße rausgeht ist es recht laut, wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster lässt es sich gut schlafen. Nach hinten raus geht die Wohnung aber Richtung Park und auch eigenem kleinen idyllischen Garten, wo Mensch dann in der Küche und auf dem Balkon eher Vögel zwitschern hören kann.
Zum Winter hin ist es dann gut zu wissen, dass es in dem Zimmer schön warm wird mit der Heizung (:

The room has about 15m2 and is not furnished! For the whole period it would cost warm 1020€ with a deposit of 400 €.
Since the room faces Max-Brauer-Straße, it is quite noisy when the window is open, but you can sleep well when the window is closed. At the back, the apartment faces the park and also its own little idyllic garden, where you can hear birds chirping in the kitchen and on the balcony.
Especially for the winter time it is good to know that this room gets really warm and the heating runs like clockwork (:
Quasi direkt vor der Tür befindet sich die Bushaltestelle Max-Brauer-Allee (Mitte), von der die Buslinien 15, 20, 25, 283 und 183 abfahren. Mit dem Bus sind es dann 3min bis zum Bahnhof Altona, oder ihr lauft einfach ca. 10 Minuten dorthin.
Zu der S-Bahn-Station Holstenstraße sind es ca. 6min zu Fuß, von dort aus fahren die Linien S31, S21 und S11 und man ist mit der Bahn in 10min am Hauptbahnhof.
Allgemein ist die Lage super praktisch, es gibt einen Edeka (plus Bäcker), Aldi und die Drogerie Budnikowski in Sichtlinie, sowie eine Apotheke, einen Dönerimbiss etc.
Direkt nebenan sind auch zwei schöne Parks und man ist außerdem in 10 Minuten zu Fuß auf St.Pauli.
Falls du Autofahrer*in sein solltest, gibt es allgemein gibt es viele Parkplätze, sodass mensch immer einen findet.

The bus stop Max-Brauer-Allee (Mitte) is located like directly in front of the door. Bus lines 15, 20, 25, 283 and 183 leave from here. By bus it takes 3 minutes to the Altona train station, or you can simply walk there for about 10 minutes.
To the S-Bahn station Holstenstraße it is about 6min by foot, from there the lines S31, S21 and S11 leave and you are at the main station in 10min by train.
In general the location is very convenient, there is an Edeka (plus bakery), Aldi and the drugstore Budnikowski in line of sight, as well as a pharmacy, a kebab snack bar etc.
Directly next door are also two beautiful parks and you can also reach St.Pauli in 10 minutes on foot.
In case you are a car driver, there are many parking lots, so you always have a free parking space.
Ich werde nun in eine eigene Wohnung ziehen und lebst dann mit Juline, Yvonne und Aline. Alle drei sind berufstätig und daher tagsüber unterwegs. Auch wenn wir es selten schaffen, groß etwas zusammen zu unternehmen, da wir alle recht beschäftigt sind mit Jobs, Hobbies, Freunden etc. ist es immer schön zusammen in der Küche abzuhängen, zu quatschen, mal in den Park zu gehen etc.
Unsere Küche ist sehr schön groß und hat sogar eine sehr gemütliche Sofaecke und sehr sehr viele Pflanzen^^
Ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander ist bei uns selbstverständlich. Diskriminierendes Verhalten oder Menschen mit rassistischen, queerfeindlichen, homophoben oder sexistischen Einstellungen sind nicht willkommen. Wir achten natürlich darauf Rücksicht zu nehmen, aufgebrauchte Lebensmittel etc. nachzukaufen und weitestgehend Ordnung einzuhalten. Wir leben und kaufen größtenteils nachhaltig und umweltbewusst. Wir teilen uns ein paar Lebensmittel (Öl, Kaffee, Hafermmilch etc), sowie Putzkram usw. und da wäre es schön wenn du dich dann auch mit ca. 10€ pro Monat beteiligst.
Von Julines Zimmer geht ein schöner Balkon ab, den wir alle benutzen.

I will be moving to my own place, and you will live there with Juline, Yvonne and Aline. All three are working and therefore on the road during the day. Even though we seldom manage to do anything together, because we are all very busy with jobs, hobbies, friends etc. it is always nice to hang out together in the kitchen, have a chat, go to the park together etc.
Our kitchen is very nice and big and even has a huge cozy sofa corner and lots of plants^^
A respectful interaction with each other is a matter of course. Racism, queerphobia,homophobia and sexism are not welcome. We also show try to consideration for each other, to buy food when we have finished something etc. and of course to keep order. We try to live and consume sustainable and ecological.
We share some food (oil, coffee, hafermilk etc.), as well as cleaning stuff etc. and so it would be nice if you could also contribute about 10€ per month. Julines room has a super cute balcony which you are also welcome to use
