Die WG befindet sich in der Altstadt von Bad Cannstatt, direkt an der Marktstraße, und die Gegend ist lebendig und voller Aktivitäten. Alles ist nur wenige Minuten von der WG entfernt; S-Bahn, U-Bhan, REWE, TEDI, Kaufland, 1 Euro Shop, Müller, und es gibt eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und Cafés. Auch der Fluss ist nur wenige Minuten von der WG entfernt. Es gibt mehrere Parks rund um den Ort, der größte ist der Rosensteinpark.
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr coole und aufgeschlossene Leute. Sie sind voller Energie und guter Laune und man wird es auf jeden Fall genießen, bei ihnen zu wohnen.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und eine Entschädigung von ca. 350 Euro wird für alles benötigt. Es besteht aus (Bett - Matratzen - Kleiderschrank - Schreibtisch - Stuhl - Nachttisch - und Gästestuhl)
Die WG ist gut ausgestattet mit allem; Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank- und Gefrierschrank sowie.
