Zentrale WG mit Garten

Zentraler kann eine WG in Tübingen kaum sein! Unsere WG befindet sich in der Brunnenstraße, welche direkt hinter der Wilhelmstraße ist. Sofern Du im Tal studierst, sind es nur wenige Schritte in die Uni (ca. 3 min zu Fuß zur Neuen Aula) sowie in die Altstadt (ca. 7 min zu Fuß), wo es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Läden und Bars gibt.
Die Unibib siehst du aus deinem Zimmerfenster. Alles was man braucht, hat man somit in unmittelbarer Entfernung :) Trotz der Tatsache, dass wir in der Innenstadt wohnen, ist es hier sehr ruhig. Unser Garten macht die WG zu einem wahren Stadtoase :)

A shared flat in Tübingen could hardly be more central! Our shared flat is located in Brunnenstraße, which is directly behind Wilhelmstraße. If you are studying in the valley, it is only a few steps to the university (approx. 3 min walk to the Neue Aula) and to the old town (approx. 7 min walk), where there are numerous shopping facilities, shops and bars.
You can see the university library outside of your window. Everything you need is therefore within easy reach :) Despite the fact that we live in the city centre, it is very quiet here. Our garden makes the flat share a real gem :)

Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern kommen alle gut miteinander klar und sitzen regelmäßig gemeinsam in der Küche oder im Garten. Folglich finden bei uns auch mal Koch-, Grill- oder Filmabende statt. Im Sommer gibt es WG Bier auf dem Balkon oder eine Party mit der befreundeten WG über uns. Daher würden wir uns freuen, wenn Du auch aufgeschlossen bist am WG-Leben teilzunehmen.

Während deiner Zeit in der WG wird sich die Zusammensetzung der WG-Bewohner vermutlich noch ändern. Es wird eventuell ein/e neue/r Mitbewohner/in einziehen und ein Zwischenmieter hinzukommen (steht aber noch nicht ganz fest). Du bist also nicht der einzige Neuzugang :)

We all get on well together and regularly sit together in the kitchen or in the garden in the evening/afternoon. As a result, we often have cooking, barbecue, or film evenings. We would therefore be delighted if you are also open to taking part in shared flat life.

During your time in the shared flat, the composition of the flatmates will most likely change. A new permanent flatmate will move in and there may also be another temporary tenant (but this is not yet assured). This means, you are not the only new face in our WG :)

Es gehört zu deinen Aufgaben, einmal wöchentlich einen der WG-Dienste (Küche sauber machen, Boden reinigen, etc.) zu übernehmen. Die Aufgaben wechseln sich wöchentlich ab, so dass es fair verteilt und die WG immer recht sauber ist.

Wichtig!

- Wir sind eine große WG und brauchen etwas Zeit, um auszusuchen wer passt. Es kann also ein paar Tage dauern bis wird antworten :)
- Die WG-Castings finden am 04. Juni statt und das Zimmer steht spätestens ab 15. Juli zur Verfügung, so dass die Monatsmiete anteilig für Mai berechnet wird :)
- Die Miete beträgt 360 Euro plus GEZ und Internet, also insgesamt 360 Euro.

One of your tasks is to take over one of the shared flat chores (cleaning the kitchen, cleaning the floor etc.) once a week. The tasks alternate weekly so that it is fairly distributed and the shared flat is always quite clean.

Important!

-We are a big WG, that's why we need some days to answer your message :)
- The WG castings will take place from around April 18 and the room will be available from May 10 at the latest, so part of the monthly rent for May should already be paid :)
- The rent is 350 euros plus GEZ and internet, so 360 euros in total.
