Dein Zimmer liegt im hinteren Teil der Wohnung mit direktem Zugang zum Innenhof. Im Sommer ist es hier hinten schön grün und du hast den gesamten Tag über Sonne auf der Terrasse (wirklich sehr entspannt).
Auf Grund der Lage des Zimmers hörst du hier hinten rein gar nichts vom Verkehr der Mainzerlandstraße.
Das Zimmer selbst ist mit seinen 14,5 qm das größte der Wohnung und besitzt wie jedes der Zimmer ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche!
Das Zimmer ist perfekt für ein 1,40m Bett , einen Schrank, einen Schreibtisch und einen Sessel (nach Absprache und gegen eine Ablösesumme lasse ich mein Bett und den Schrank bei Bedarf da.)
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz dazu - da diesen aktuell niemand nutzt, gehört er ganz alleine dir.
Weiterhin haben wir noch ein Keller & einen Fahrradkeller.

Your room is in the back of the apartment with direct access to the inner "garden". In summer it's nice and green back here and you have the sun all day long on the terrace.
Due to the location of the room, you really don't hear anything from the traffic on Mainzerlandstraße.
The room itself is the largest in the apartment with 14.5 square meters and, like each room, has its own bathroom with shower!
The room is perfect for a 1.40m bed, a closet, a desk and an armchair (by arrangement and for a transfer fee I can leave my bed and closet there if necessary.)
The apartment includes an underground parking space - since nobody is currently using it, it belongs to you alone.
We also have a cellar and a bicycle storage room.

Die WG liegt direkt an der Mainzer Landstraße mit sehr vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Apotheke und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in unmittelbarer Nähe (<2min). Trotzdem ist unsere Wohnung aufgrund der Bauweise stark isoliert, wodurch die Lautstärke der Straße kaum zu hören ist.

The WG is located directly on the Mainzer Landstraße with very many shopping facilities, pharmacy and public transport in close proximity (<2min). Nevertheless, street noise is hardly audible due to the building's construction.

Wir sind 4 sehr umgängliche Jungs, die unter der Woche weitestgehend ihr eigenes Leben führen, jedoch am Wochenende gerne gemeinsam etwas unternehmen. Wie du es wünschst, kannst du also zwischen Zweck-WG oder auch regelmäßigen gemeinsamen Aktivitäten wählen.
Deine Mitbewohner werden Kirill, Marcel & Marek sein.
Kirill arbeitet im Investment Banking und wird dir am Wochenende tolle Bars in Frankfurt zeigen.
Marcel arbeitet bei Deloitte und wird dich täglich mit seiner entspannten und ruhigen Art anstecken.
Marek ist neu in die Wohnung dazu gezogen und startet ab Februar ein Praktikum. (Wenn du Lust hast Handball zu spielen, ist er der richtige Ansprechpartner)
Wir sind aufgeschlossen gegenüber allen Geschlechtern und Persönlichkeiten - ob Party Animal oder Introvert, unsere WG ist sehr anpassungsfähig :)

We are 4 very easy going guys, who live our own lives during the week, but often do things together on the weekends. So, as you wish, you can choose between the limited purpose of sharing a flat or also regular joint activities.
Your flatmates will be Kirill, Marcel & Marek.
Kirill works in investment banking and will show you great bars in Frankfurt on Saturdays.
Marcel works at Deloitte and will catch you every day with his relaxed and calm manner.
Marek just moved in recently and will be starting his Internship in February. (If you like to play handball, he is the right contact person)
We are open to all genders and personalities - whether party animal or introvert, our WG is very adaptable :)
