I want to sublet my nice room for one month. The room receives a lot of sunlight, and it has big windows. You can enjoy a cozy and warm environment. It is completed furnished.
Lage:
Dammweg is a very cool street, with Rodi’s Fladenbrotbäckerei and Rosie’s. Not in the middle of busy Neustadt, but only a 5-minute walk from all the bars and clubs ;)
Nearby you can find Netto, BioCompany, Rewe as well as Bahnhof Neustadt, Bischofsplatz and the tram stop Lousienstraße.
Also it is near to Heide and Alaunpark.
WG Leben:
The WG environment is fantastic! In Dammweg live lovely, and friendly people to chill on the balcony and share coffee.
