Hi I'm sublet my room from the end of May to the end of August. It's a room in 3 person WG. On the ground floor of a house. You have the view of backyard. Also nice for bbq during summer.
Approximately 8 minutes by foot to the U5 station Michaelibad.(M zone) From there only 10 minutes to Odeonsplatz or 12 minutes to Hbf.
Also 8 minutes by foot to the tram station, you can take tram 21 to the city center and it's running all day. You can simply search Großvenedigerstraße on Google map for more details about the location.
Currently there are another two people living in the WG, both 27 years old, they all working in consulting company. We know each other during our study. I'll be back in September, thus sublet the room from now on or from the end of May until the end of August. The WG life is very chill and flexible.
Let me know what else you want to know. It would be great if you can start your message with "Michaelibad" so that I can distinguish that's not a simple copy and paste. :-)
Don't worry, my flatmates and landlord don't have a strict requirement, as long as that's a normal people.
