Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben, u.a. mit 1,40m-Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch,
und einem gemütlichem Chaiselongue-Sofa :) Die Musikanlage kannst du auch benutzen. Auf dem Balkon, der direkt an das Zimmer angrenzt, lässt es sich morgens herrlich im Schatten frühstücken und Nachmittags/Abends Sonne tanken :) Wir haben für dich auch Handtücher und in der Küche gibt es alles, was du brauchst (auch eine gute Kaffeemaschine ;)) und natürlich WLAN. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine, eine Badewanne und es gibt einen überdachten Bereich zum Fahrrad abstellen im Hinterhof./
The room is fully furnished, including a 1.40m bed, wardrobe, desk, a comfychaiselongue sofa.…and you can also use the music system. On the balcony which is directly connected to the room, you can enjoy the shade for breakfast in the morning or soak some sun in the afternoon/evening :) The room itself is really quiet.
We also have towels for you. There is everything you need in the kitchen (also a nice coffee machine) and of course wifi. The apartment also has a washing machine, a dishwasher and a bath tub.
Die Weserstraße ist etwas ruhiger gelegen aber super nah am friedrichshainer Geschehen - in wenigen Minuten bist du zB beim Boxhagener Platz oder Annermirl-Bauer-Platz am Ostkreuz wo es diverse Restaurants, Bars, Lädchen usw. gibt.
Die Tram (M13) fährt direkt vor der Haustür und mit der U5 bist du schnell am Hauptbahnhof oder zu Fuß in wenigem Minuten am Ostkreuz.
Unten im Haus gibt es eine Bäckerei mit super netten Inhaber*innen, um die Ecke sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Denns, BioCompany, Penny, Lidl und in einer Nachbarstraße das kleine Wurzelwerk (Bio-Ladenkollektiv) :)
Du bist ebenfalls schnell im Volkspark Friedrichshhain oder am Wasser./
The Weserstrasse itself is a bit quieter but super close to the more busy and lively Friedrichshain - in a few minutes you will be at Boxhagener Platz or Annermirl-Bauer-Platz (on the Ostkreuz) where you can find various restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The tram (M13) drives right on the doorstep and with the U5 you can quickly be at the main train station (HBF) or by foot at the Ostkreuz in a few minutes. Directly below in the house there is a bakery with super friendly owners, around the corner there are various shops such as Denns, Biocompany, Penny, Lidl and in a neighboring road the „Wurzelwerk“ (an organic shop collective) :) You are also quick in the Volkspark Friedrichshhain
Normalerweise wohnen hier Linda & Andrea, wir haben uns über unseren letzten Job kennengelernt.
Wir sind beide viel und gerne unterwegs, weswegen sich jetzt im Sommer ein paar Zeiträume auftun, in denen wir unsere Zimmer untervermieten wollen :)
Wenn du in der Zeit deiner Zwischenmiete mit Andrea zusammenwohnst, kannst du dich auf ein entspanntes Miteinander freuen. Andrea ist sehr offen und hat einen unkomplierten und direkt Umgang, sie ist diesen Sommer begeistert auf vielen Festivals und mit dem neu erstandenen VW-Bus unterwegs und immer wieder für gemeinsame Koch-/Bar-/KüFa-/Balkon-Abende oder Yoga zu haben :) Vor kurzem hat sie einen neuen Job angefangen und arbeitet an 3 Tagen die Woche remote von zu Hause aus./
Usually Linda & Andrea live here, we got to know each other through our last job. We both love to travel, go to festivals and visit friends which is why there are a few periods of time now in summer in which we want to subrent our rooms :)
If you live with Andrea while you stay here, you can look forward to a relaxed time.
Andrea is very open and has an uncomplicated and direct handling, this summer she’s enthusiastic about going to many festivals and about traveling with the new VW bus. She’s always for common cooking-/bars-/balcony-evenings or yoga :) Recently she started a new job and works remote from home 3 days a week.
Es gibt die Möglichkeit für die Zeit der Zwischenmeite ein Fahrrad/Rennrad von uns zu benutzen :)
Den genauen Mietzeitraum (früher/länger) können wir gerne besprechen, ebenfalls über die Höhe einer Kaution.

There is the possibility of using a bike/racing bike from us for the time of your stay.
We can talk about the period you want to stay (shorter/longer?) and about the deposit when the exact interim rental period is agreed upon :)
