I won't be at home from 23.10. until end of January (maybe even end of February) and my beautiful room could be your home for that period of time!
As you can tell I'm living in a greenhouse and my plants do look absolutely lovely, but also need quite some maintenance, so one big condition for your stay here is some plant-knowledge.
But don't worry, it's no rocket science, you can ask my roomies and I'm always available of course. ;)
Apart from that, feel free to get completely comfortable in here, light one of my candles and enjoy your time. :)
The flat includes four rooms, kitchen, bathroom, big living area and a sweet little corner-balcony with the best view to stalk some people on the street. :D
You also have your own coat check in front of your room and we don't have the carpet floor like in the pictures anymore but instead a brand new sexy wooden floor!
The flat is located in Bonn's prettiest area, the Südstadt (Southside), with mostly precious old buildings.
But you are also extremely close to Poppelsdorfer Allee (you can actually see it from your window), which is a long park stripp leading directly to central station (8 min walk) and the city center or to a park in front of the botanical garden (which I can highly recommend to have a look at).
There is a tram station right in front of your door and Rewe, Edeka and Dm are a 5 min walk away.
As for me, there is no better location for a flat here!
You will be living with three of the most lovely people!
Magda, Anne and Ole are like my second family. <3
We don't just live in the same flat, we are very close and interact a lot.
Whether we cook, learn, do sport or dance, have a cleaning session, relax in the park, go out or host a party, everything is possible and we just have a lot of fun with each other.
They are very open minded and welcoming and I trust and respect all of these sweet humans deeply!
I'm sure that you will have at least three new friends very soon. :)
The monthly pay is 550€ in total, which includes rent, gas, energy and wifi.
Because I put a lot of love and work into my plants, and they not only have a price but also a personal value, I would like you to replace anything that might die. That is also one reason for the deposit.
But I'm human and understanding, so we can talk about everything of course. :)
