Dein Zimmer hat 16m² und ist damit das größte Zimmer der WG. Es hat zwei Fenster in westlicher Richtung. Ansonsten gibt es in der WG eine Küche, ein Bad mit Duschwanne und Waschmaschine, Toilette, sowie ein weiteres kleines Klo. Alle Zimmer sind durch den Flur zugänglich. Zudem gibt es Stauraum im zugehörigen Keller und in einem kleinen Abstellraum.
Im Zimmer wird das Lowboard und das Bett zurückgelassen, falls erwünscht.
In den 311€ sind auch die Strom-, Wasser- und Internetkosten mit einberechnet. Es handelt sich also um die Warmmiete.
The room has 16m² and is the biggest room in the shared flat. It has two windows facing west. Otherwise, there is a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine, toilet and another small toilet. All rooms are accessible through the corridor. In addition, there is storage space in the associated basement and a small storage room.
It would be great if you could take over the bed and the lowboard for a small amount of money (but it's not a must).
The 311€ also includes the costs for the energy, internet and water.
Die WG liegt direkt am Ring und ist eine Minute von der Haltestelle "Leonhardplatz" entfernt. Von dort kommt man mit Bus und S-Bahn gut überall hin. Zudem ist die Wohnung ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof sowie von der Innenstadt entfernt.
Zum Hauptcampus kommt man mit dem Bus oder mit dem Fahrrad ebenfalls in ca. 10 Minuten. In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsläden, sowie Edeka (x2), einem Asiamarkt (I.shop)und Aldi. Ebenfalls sind einige Parks in der Nähe.

The shared apartment is located directly on the city ring and is one minute away from the stop "Leonhardplatz". From there you can get everywhere easily by bus and tram. The train station and the city center are a 10 minutes walk away from the apartment.
The main campus is also about 10 minutes away by bus or bicycle. There are several shopping stores nearby, as well as Edeka (x2), an asian store (I.store) and Aldi. There are also some parks nearby.
Lena und Jan sind in der WG zusammengekommen und wollen nun zusammen ziehen :).
Aus diesem Grund werden hier zwei Zimmer frei (Jans Zimmer findet ihr hier: https://www.wg-gesucht.de/9539300.html ) und ich suche zwei nette neue Mitbewohner*innen.
Ich bin Leila, 22 Jahre alt und werde Mitte September in das Zimmer einziehen und zum Wintersemester anfangen Soziale Arbeit zu studieren.
In meiner Freizeit zocke ich sehr gerne u.a. Apex Legends, lese Romane oder bin unterwegs.
Ich habe noch keine WG Erfahrung, aber umso mehr freue ich mich schon darauf. :D Ich hätte auf jeden Fall Lust mal was unternehmen oder entspannt ein Bierchen oder einen Kaffee zu trinken, aber natürlich nach dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss".
Lena and Jan came together in this shared apartment and now want to move out together :).
For this reason, two rooms become free here and I am looking for two nice new roommates.
I am Leila, 22 years old and will move into the room in mid-September and start studying social work in the winter semester.
In my free time I like to play games like Apex Legends, read novels or travel.
I don't have any experience about living in shared apartments yet, but I'm looking forward to it all the more. :D
I would definitely like to do something or drink a beer or a coffee, but of course according to the motto "Everything can, nothing must".
Wenn du an dem Zimmer Interesse hast und du der Meinung bist, dass wir gut zusammen in eine WG passen könnten, dann melde dich gerne bei uns, sodass wir einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen können.
Besichtigung können leider erst ab dem 21 bis zum 25. 08 stattfinden, da Jan und Lena im Urlaub sind und ich erst in dieser Zeit in Braunschweig bin.
