Ich bin für ca. 2,5 Monate im Ausland und vermiete eines meiner beiden Zimmer mit Fenster zum wunderschönen Garten und Hochbett. Der Boden ist mit sehr alten, schönen Fliesen gefliest, die Decken sehr hoch. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Gesamtmiete 350 €. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und schön, mein 2. Zimmer kann genutzt werden, aber meine Sachen bleiben drin. Der Garten wird von uns allen mit genutzt.
I am abroad for about 2.5 months and rent one of my two rooms with window to the beautiful garden and loft bed. The floor is tiled with very old, beautiful tiles, the ceilings are very high. The room is furnished. Total rent 350 €. The apartment is very large and beautiful, my 2nd room can be used, but my things stay inside. The garden is shared by all of us.
Das Haus ist Ecke Mülheim/Buchheim und gut angebunden mit Bus und Strassenbahn, bzw. ist der Bahnhof Mülheim auch nicht weit. Baumarkt ist nebenan. Mit dem Rad ist auch alles sehr gut erreichbar, Park fußläufig, Kalk ebenso um die Ecke
The house is on the corner of Mülheim/Buchheim and is well connected by bus and streetcar, or the train station Mülheim is also not far. Hardware store is next door. By bike everything is also very easy to reach, park within walking distance, Kalk also around the corner.
Luna und Tim sind beides Musiker:innen, es wird also zu Hause Musik gemacht. Wir leben ein kreatives und offenes Miteinander, also keine Zweck-WG. Ebenso kein Raum für Diskriminierung.
