Fully furnished room with view on a garden.
Carpets on floor, double bed, nice desk, open look.
Room is really quiet and reasonably sunny.
The pictures give a pretty good idea of what it looks like in real life.
Internet, washing machine and dishwasher.
The flat is located 30 meters from S-Bahn Wollankstrasse and the bus stop is located right at the front door. It's pretty easy to go anywhere in Berlin from there.
Kitchen is big and functional. Knives are sharp and steady.
There are a Rewe, a Netto and a Denn's minutes away. Usual fast food joints lurking at every corner. Nice family parks where you can wander . Direct restaurant selection is pretty pale though.
You will be leaving for three weeks with David and Ivan. David is a teacher and education researcher, Ivan is a PhD candidate.
We do usual WG stuff when not at work : movies, board game, anything illegal.
David and I are much into films and music and usually hang out together. Ivan is super low-key and mostly experimenting at his lab.
We have a big living room where we usually chill and do personal projects. Some of us also partially work from home.
I'm just going away for three weeks and would like to sublet my room to a cool person. Feel free to send me a message!
