Die 3er-WG befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (bzw. Hochparterre) eines 6-Parteien-Hauses. Es steht ein Zimmer mit 17qm mit Zugang zum Balkon zur Verfügung.
Im Warmmietpreis ist alles enthalten (Wasser, Strom, GEZ, Internet etc.)
Die Wohnung ist bereits mit WLAN (100Mbit, bald Glasfaserausbau) ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung wurde 2020 komplett renoviert. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine Multimediasteckdose, einen Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Bett und Kommode. Alle Möbel sind in sehr gutem (Jahr 2020) Zustand. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist mit einer neuen (um 2020) Einbauküche, Kühlschrank, Herd, Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Teller, Besteck, Töpfe etc. sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Das Badezimmer ist mit einem sehr leistungsstarken Wasserkocher, Toilette und Dusche ausgestattet. Der Waschtrockner befindet sich in der Waschküche im Keller, auch für Fahrräder ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden.
Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände und andere Ausstattung sind im Mietpreis enthalten.
Energieausweis liegt zur Einsichtnahme vor.
The 3-person flat share is on the ground floor (or mezzanine floor) of a 6-party house. There is another room with 17 square meters available. It has access to the balcony.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2020. Each shared room has a multimedia socket, a desk, chair, wardrobe, bed And chest of drawers. Die Universität, die Duale Hochschule, die Swiss International School, etc. (Standort Fallenbrunnen) sind ca. 2 km entfernt und können bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden.
Das Strandbad ist ca. 500 m entfernt und kann bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden, der nächste Bahnhof ist ebenfalls 500 m entfernt und die die Innenstadt ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Es gibt einen Getränkemarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 10m), kostenlose Parkplätze (ca. 15m), der nächste Supermarkt (REWE) ist ca. 400m. Tankstelle, Döner, Sushi in 1-2 Minuten erreichbar.
Das Airbus-Gelände ist bequem mit dem Bus in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die anderen beiden Zimmer sind momentan von zwei sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Mitbewohnern bewohnt. Beide sind männlich und auch Schüler.
Die Zimmerwände sind aber generell auch sehr lärmresistent.

Walls are generally very noise resistent.
