Das Zimmer ist im Wohnheim in der Carl-Zuckmayer-Straße.
Die Quadrate/das Schloss sind mit der S-Bahn (nächste Haltestelle Herzogenriedstraße) oder per Bus (nächste Haltestelle Gesamtschule Herzogenried) erreichbar. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch eine VRN-Nextbike-Station ca. 1 min vom Wohnheim entfernt.

Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind knapp 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.

The room is in the student residence in Carl-Zuckmayer-Straße.
Mannheim center/the university can be reached by S-Bahn (nearest stop Herzogenriedstraße) or by bus (nearest stop Gesamtschule Herzogenried). There is also a VRN-Nextbike station about 1 min from the residence.

The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.

In der Gesamtmiete von 273€ pro Monat sind alle Kosten enthalten (außer Münzen, die für die Waschmaschine benötigt und beim Hausmeister gekauft werden müssen).

Zusätzlich sind 600€ Kaution zu hinterlegen. Generell ist die Wohnung sofort frei, aber ich gehe davon aus, dass die Hausverwaltung einen Einzug nur zu jedem Monatsanfang (2.11.) zulässt.

The total rent of 273€ per month includes all costs (except of coins needed for the washing machine).

Additionally 600€ of deposit have to be paid. In general the apartment is free immediately, but I assume the property management will only allow move ins with every beginning of the month (2.11.)
