Cozy furnished room,measuring about 30 m2, is available for rent from April 2023 ( move in date can be flexible).The room is equipped with a king size bed along with mattress.The room is located on the basement of the house and is very spacious with wooden flooring.You get a couch from our previous tenant.
The kitchen is completely equipped and there are 2 toilets + one additional in case of emergency which could be used.
The House also have a huge living room and a beautiful lawn.
The warm rent of the room including everything which includes Wifi ,Heating,Electricity and radio tax is 500 Euros.
The deposit of the room is 1000 Euros.
City Registration is Possible.
The House is located in the beautiful city of Sandhausen. Rewe and Lidl are like 3 minutes away.
There are very good bus connections within 100 meters from the house.
Wald-kindergarten bus stop is 3 min walk and Strangasse is 2 min walk from the house which can be used to reach Heidelberg, Waldorf, Nussloch and Mannheim.
The location is ideal for someone who is working or studying at Heidelberg and surrounding areas.
You can reach Heidelberg within 10 minutes by train.
You are going to live with 5 people.

Usually people are busy during the weekdays and on weekends we hangout and spend some good time in the living area.
Cleanliness is something very important especially in the common shared areas.
We make a Cleaning Schedule which everyone adheres to it very strictly.
When you are bored,you always can find someone in the house with whom you can talk and everyone are mostly open and very friendly.
House has a dog and a Cat both very quiet and well behaved and trained.
The Rent is 500 Euros including everything and deposit is 1000 euros.
Everyone contributes 10 euros every month for the WG essentials like toilet paper and detergents.
