Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 Quadratmeter groß, sehr hell und voll eingerichtet. Da es sich um ein Südseitenfenster handelt, kann man auch im Winter super am Schreibtisch bei Sonne sitzen.
Gerne würde ich alle Möbel drin lassen, diese aber soweit du es brauchst frei räumen. Einen Schrank gibt es nicht, dafür eine Kommode und eine Kleiderstange.
The room is about 17 square meters, very bright and fully furnished. Since it is a south-facing window, you can also sit in winter super at the desk in the sun.
I would like to leave all the furniture in, but clear it as far as you need it. There is no closet, but a chest of drawers and a clothes rail.
Direkt an der Uni gelegen, ist die Theresienstr. sehr belebt. Es sind einige tolle Cafés in der Nähe, genauso wie Bars und jede Menge Sportmöglichkeiten. Laut ist es nachts trotzdem nicht.
Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 5 min Laufnähe insgesamt vier, Drogeriemärkte und schnelles Essen für die Mittagspause gibt es auch direkt um die Ecke.
Die Ubahn-Haltestelle Theresienstraße, an der die U2 fährt ist 3 min entfernt.
Located right next to the university, Theresienstr. is very lively. There are some great cafes nearby, as well as bars and lots of sports facilities. It is still not loud at night.
Supermarkets are within 5 min walking distance a total of four, drugstores and fast food for the lunch break are also just around the corner.
The subway stop Theresienstraße, where the U2 leaves, is 3 min away.
Mit dir zusammen wohnen Haiyan, 29, und Davide, 29.
Haiyan arbeitet bei einem Startup das vegane Lebensmittelalternativen herstellt und bringt gerne auch mal die neusten Produkte zum testen mit. Er ist viel unterwegs, macht gerne Sport, e.g. BJB, und hat eine tolle Freundin, Lisa, die an jedem 2.-3. Wochenende auch da ist und das WG-Leben zusätzlich aufwertet. Haiyan kocht super toll asiatisch!
Davide ist in der Forschung für Kernfusion (also saubere und zukunftsweisende Energie ;)). Er spielt für sein leben gerne Volleyball und geht häufig Schwimmen. Außerdem sind seine Pasta und Hülsenfruchtgerichte legendär.
Ich, Vera, 28, bin für 3 Monate im Sabbatical in Südamerika und bin daher zu dieser Zeit nicht in München. Ich bin ziemlich Outdoorverrückt und arbeite mega gerne aus dem Homeoffice. Wenn ich nicht reise, bin ich Data Science Beraterin.
Wir sind als WG alle ziemlich viel unterwegs, uns ist es aber wichtig trotzdem eng im Austausch zu bleiben. Wir nutzen jede noch so kleine Zeitspanne für intensive Gespräche. Gerne kochen wir abends mal zusammen oder gehen am Wochenende zusammen feiern (Das Bahnwärter gefällt uns besonders gut!). Du passt zu uns, bzw. zu meinen beiden Jungs, wenn du zwar viel unterwegs bist, aber trotzdem Wert drauf legst, eine tolle WG zu haben und kurze Zeiträume intensiv zu nutzen.
Es gibt eine Putzhilfe, die jede zweite Woche kommt und wir haben eine gemeinsame Gemüsekiste, die einmal die Woche abgeholt werden will.
Haiyan, 29, and Davide, 29, will live with you.
Haiyan works at a startup that makes vegan food alternatives and likes to bring the latest products home for testing. He is a lot out, likes to do sports, e.g. BJB, and has a great girlfriend, Lisa, who is also there every 2nd-3rd weekend and adds up on out cozy flat life. Haiyan does super great Asian cooking!
Davide is in research for nuclear fusion (so clean and future energy ;)). He loves to play volleyball for a living and often goes swimming. Also, his pasta and lentil dishes are legendary.
I, Vera, 28, am on sabbatical in South America for 3 months and therefore not in Munich at this time. I'm pretty outdoorsy and love working from my home office. When not travelling around, I am a Data Science Consultant.
As a WG, we are all on the road quite a bit, but it is still important to us to stay in close contact. We use every little bit of time for intensive conversations. We like to cook together in the evenings or go partying together on the weekends (we especially like the Bahnwärter!). You fit to us, respectively to my two boys, if you are on the road a lot, but still attach importance to have a great WG and to use short periods of time intensively.
There is a cleaning lady who comes every other week and we have a common vegetable box that wants to be picked up once a week.
