Temporary furnished room available in Moabit. Dates are somewhat flexible.
The pictures are not the exact state of the room/flat (although quite close). The pictures are from before move in and I recently moved in, but all of the necessary things are here. The rooms have since been painted white. Could do a video walkthrough if there is interest.
Currently in the room is the bed, nightstand, dresser, and empty wardrobe (from the photos). We can move smaller things out if needed.
You are of course welcome in the common areas (balcony is off the common room) and full access to the kitchen, which has a fairly decent coffee-making setup :)
Located in Stephankiez, with an 8 min walk to Birkenstr. (u9) and 9 min walk to Westhafen (ringbahn).
Nice quiet street, with supermarkets and a nice coffee shop a few minutes away.
Would be sharing the space with one other person (me), a mid-thirties Canadian working in the tech world. I am fairly easy-going, I would like to keep the common areas tidy, but definitely not a neat freak.
I currently work full-time and work from home a couple of days a week. When I am not working, I am usually meeting a friend for coffee/food/drinks etc, going for a bike ride, or playing with my ultimate frisbee team.
It is usually just myself here, although my girlfriend will be visiting from out of town for 10 days in mid-February.
Looking for a respectful person, and all genders/identities/backgrounds welcome :)
