My flatmate, Alejandro, is leaving his room at the end of this month, so I wish to find a new flatmate who really matches my vibe. We are both very clean and hygienic people (to a point of OCD) so being dirty, unclean or unhygenic is a no-go and won't be tolerated.
I am a very clean & hygienic person, and I expect the same from the person who intends to move in next.
House Rules:
* Clean the kitchen and utensils right after you are done cooking (dirty things lying around for weeks or days can not be tolerated)
* Be respectful and responsible for any shared space like the Lu.
* We all have friends, and we all are allowed to have them over but not on the cost of other people's peace.
Plus points:
* You are vegan, vegetarian, or flexet.
* You love music.
Note: This is a student apartment, so only a student from a university or hochschule can stay here.
